Burn & Build

BURN&BUILD is a unique training concept that strengthens your body and health in an efficient, intense and challenging way. The class is made up of short cardio and strength intervals on the treadmill and the floor, respectively, where the training takes place with dumbbells, kettlebells and your own body weight. We designed this training experience to offer a class where you improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen and build your muscles and bones, and burn a lot of calories all at the same time. We recommend that you train in BURN&BUILD as a supplement to your other training in order to have a strong and healthy body throughout your life. Everyone can join, regardless of level and regardless of whether you can run or not. It is always possible to replace the run with a walk on the intervals.
