Power Reformer is our signature class, where you train the whole body at a good pace to upbeat music. Based on Pilates, we focus on functionality, breathing, stability and the body's core, what we call the body's Powerhouse. Stability and strength around the body's Powerhouse is your foundation and a prerequisite for all movement as well as an important element to include in your training. The class is for everyone and you will leave with a sense of strength and well-being. The training takes place on the reformer, which gives you a fantastic experience of being challenged, regardless of your level.
