POWER YOGA is built around a dynamic and intense flow. The yoga positions are guided in time with the breath and composed into small sequences, and it all takes place in fluid movements. As a practitioner, it's about surrendering to the yoga positions and letting the body move in concert with the breath. You slide from position to position and are challenged on both strength, balance and coordination, just as you train your concentration and breathing awareness. POWER YOGA increases your energy and resilience and provides an experience of inner calm and balance. The class is rounded off with positions that bring the body down to speed, and ends with a guided relaxation session. The class is for everyone and please bring your own towel.

You can either train at normal room temperature or take part in classes where we have turned the temperature up to 30 degrees in the room. Find your youth class on the team schedule .
