About the author Catherine Daverne is a trained chef from Kong Hans Kælder and has a past at various Michelin restaurants in London and Copenhagen in the early nineties. She has several body therapy trainings behind her and a lifetime of experience with spiritual practice. She is passionate about more green, less stress and equality between physical and mental health. As a cookbook author, she inspires plant-based meals and mindful cooking (mindfoodness), as a research teacher in meditation and mindfulness, she spreads tools for mental health care in the conventional treatment system, and as a soul journey guide, she helps people to deeper peace, presence and personal liberation. Catherine is also behind the cookbooks Love Kitchen Karma and Vegan Gastroyoga.
