burn&build education
Burn&Build is a high-intensity interval training class that combines cardio and strength work using the treadmill, floor, and training bench. The workout features a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises—designed to push your limits.
As an instructor, the goal is to master guiding two groups simultaneously, creating a dynamic atmosphere where participants stay motivated, elevate their heart rate, build strength, and feel the power of community.

Soma Move combines elements from gymnastics, martial arts, ballet and yoga, and you can train to become an instructor in one weekend.
