In collaboration with EYDA Active Wear, we are excited to invite you to our PWR.8 X EYDA Bootcamp.
We are absolutely thrilled with EYDA's universe and products, which never compromise on comfort, style, or functionality. Just like us at PWR.8, EYDA believes in the power of community by cheering on and inspiring each other, and we are therefore happy to introduce the PWR.8 X EYDA Bootcamp.

MORE ABOUT THE BOOTCAMP
At the bootcamp, you will experience our Pilates signature class, Power Reformer, where you train your entire body at a good pace to upbeat music with focus on functionality, breathing, stability, and the body's core, as well as Burn&Build focusing on short cardio and strength intervals on treadmill and floor, which strengthens and builds your muscles and burns lots of calories.
We train every Wednesday and Saturday for 4 weeks, where you'll get well acquainted with our two group concepts. You will experience an intensive form of training where your pulse rises on the treadmill and the core activates on the reformer. Everyone can participate, regardless of level. Limited spots available – Only 20 places.
The instructors at the bootcamp are Bettina & Caroline, who teach Burn&Build & Power Reformer, and who are ready to give you high-fives, smiles, and sweat on your forehead. Join our 4-week bootcamp and become part of a community in motion, so you can become an even better version of yourself.
In addition to the weekly training sessions, you also get an EYDA training set worth DKK 1,596.

WHAT YOU GET
