Embrace your inner outdoorsman and join our 4-day retreat in the heart of the Baltic Sea on Bornholm. The island’s unique nature captivates with its raw beauty and sheer power. Watch the waves crash against the steep cliffs, and enjoy stunning walks along white sandy beaches and winding cliffside paths. We’ll challenge you to clear your mind, breathe deeply, and move in harmony with the island’s remarkable nature, as well as indoors in the authentic Villa Sonja in Allinge.

About the retreat
We’ve put together a program that showcases the best Bornholm has to offer, from stunning nature and charming old-town vibes to delicious local specialties. You'll stay in shared double rooms at the newly renovated Villa Sonja in Allinge, owned by the Danish couple Birgit and Jimmy. With space for 14 participants, the house features a central, open kitchen where we’ll enjoy all our meals together. The food is mostly vegetarian, locally grown whenever possible, and prepared by a talented local couple who run Brødre—a fantastic bakery, pizzeria, and catering business in the nearby village of Tejn.
We’ve designed a program filled with diverse activities to nourish your body and mind. Enjoy coastal walks, intense circuit workouts on the beach, energizing yoga flows, and calming yin yoga and stretch/breathing sessions.
