BURN&BUILD
Burn&Build is a high-intensity interval training class that combines cardio and strength work using the treadmill, floor, and training bench. The workout features a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises—designed to push your limits.
As an instructor, the goal is to master guiding two groups simultaneously, creating a dynamic atmosphere where participants stay motivated, elevate their heart rate, build strength, and feel the power of community.

what you get
12-hour education program spread over 3 evenings/weekends
- Fundamental exercise review
- Training theory & program planning
- Basic anatomy & physiology
- Body awareness & injury prevention
- Hands-on practice & exercise modifications
- Music interpretation & performance techniques
The program concludes with a final exam and official certification.
You’ll also receive 5 class passes for training (valued at 700 DKK).

getting started
Everyone is welcome to join, but having solid training experience, a good understanding of anatomy, and preferably some prior coaching experience will give you a clear advantage.
