BURN&BUILD

Burn&Build is a high-intensity interval training class that combines cardio and strength work using the treadmill, floor, and training bench. The workout features a mix of dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises—designed to push your limits.

As an instructor, the goal is to master guiding two groups simultaneously, creating a dynamic atmosphere where participants stay motivated, elevate their heart rate, build strength, and feel the power of community.

getting started

Having solid training experience, a good understanding of anatomy, and preferably some prior coaching experience will give you a clear advantage.
