BURN & BUILD
BURN&BUILD is an innovative training concept that effectively enhances your body and health through an intense and challenging approach. The class features brief cardio and strength intervals, incorporating treadmills and floor exercises with dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. We have crafted this training experience to simultaneously boost your cardiovascular fitness, strengthen your muscles and bones, and burn a significant amount of calories. We recommend BURN&BUILD as an excellent complement to your existing workout routine for maintaining a strong and healthy body throughout your life. It is accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level, and if running isn't an option for you, walking is always a suitable alternative during the intervals.
FLOW YOGA/WARM FLOW YOGA
FLOW YOGA revolves around a dynamic and vigorous flow. The yoga poses are performed in harmony with your breath and are combined into short sequences, creating fluid movements. As a practitioner, the focus is on surrendering to the poses and allowing your body to move gracefully with your breath. You transition smoothly from one position to another, enhancing your strength, balance, and coordination, while also developing concentration and breath awareness. FLOW YOGA boosts your energy and resilience while fostering a sense of inner peace and balance. The session concludes with gentle poses that gradually slow down the body and culminates in guided relaxation. This class is open to everyone, and please remember to bring your own towel.

YIN YOGA/WARM YIN YOGA

Each position is held for 3-5 minutes, allowing the body to release tension and relax. The goal is to delve deeply into your physical self to enhance the flexibility of connective tissues. Immersing yourself in this practice can also positively influence your mental well-being, providing a refreshing break from daily life and hectic schedules. SOMA MOVE®/WARM SOMA MOVE®
SOMA MOVE is a unique training method that blends elements of Bodyflow, Pilates, Yoga, and Calisthenics. Developed by movement specialists, this concept focuses on the diverse capabilities of connective tissue. The class is composed of exercises performed in flow series that challenge your motor skills, balance, and strength SOMA MOVE allows you to enter a state of deep concentration, where your body instinctively moves and sweat begins to flow. By the end of the session, you’ll feel greater mobility, warmth, and enhanced strength.

PWR.8 PILATES ELEVATE
PWR.8 Pilates Elevate integrates aspects of classic mat Pilates while incorporating fitness, ballet, toning, and functional exercises into the program, guaranteeing an energetic and effective workout for everyone. Each session targets the entire body, emphasizing functionality, breathing, stability, and core strength. This class caters to all fitness levels and features uplifting music, along with various equipment such as resistance bands, Bala weights, balls, and more.
