Soma Move combines elements from gymnastics, martial arts, ballet and yoga, and you can train to become an instructor in one weekend.

It costs 2,500 DKK. The sessions take place at PWR.8 Studio in Østerbro.
If you subsequently wish to teach the concept, it requires a monthly license (see more atwww.somamove.com), but if you subsequently become part of the team at PWR.8, it is not necessary.
