reformer
At PWR.8, our Reformer training is firmly rooted in the core principles developed by Joseph Pilates. We enhance this classical foundation by integrating 20–30% fitness-inspired movements into each session, ensuring that every workout is both energising and effective.
Our mission is to challenge and support every participant in maximising the benefits of their training. By learning and applying Pilates principles, you will develop greater body awareness, build strength, and improve your overall wellbeing.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Join us and experience a workout that leaves you feeling empowered, strong, and revitalised.
