At PWR.8, our Reformer training is deeply rooted in the foundational principles of Joseph Pilates. We enhance this classical approach by incorporating 20–30% fitness-inspired movements into each session, ensuring that every workout is both invigorating and effective.​

Our mission is to challenge and support every participant in maximizing the benefits of their training. By learning and applying Pilates principles, you'll develop heightened body awareness, build strength, and enhance your overall well-being.​

what you get

  • 60-hour education program spread over 5 weekends
  • Exercise manual Basic exercise review, including use of equipment Teaching techniques and pedagogy
  • Training theory and program planning
  • Anatomy and physiology
  • Body awareness and injury prevention
  • Hands-on and exercise modifications
  • Music understanding and performance
  • The education concludes with an exam and certification
  • Additionally, you receive 20 class passes for training (value 2,500 DKK)

Getting Started

Everyone is welcome to join, but we require that you’ve completed at least 20 Reformer or Pilates classes and have a solid understanding of anatomy or relevant teaching experience.
