MORE ABOUT THE BOOTCAMP

In our PWR.8 Strength Bootcamp, you'll train in a small group setting with a focus on fundamental strength exercises. Your training will include squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows, core work, arm exercises, and more. We focus on training the entire body while emphasizing understanding and mastering proper technique and mind-muscle connection.

Groups are limited to 4 people maximum, and as part of the program, you'll receive a personalized training plan.

This program is perfect for both experienced trainers and those new to strength training who want to take a more focused approach. Throughout the program, you'll see progress in strength, muscle development, and potential weight loss.

TIME AND PLACE

The bootcamp includes one fixed weekly session over a period of 8 weeks. All sessions take place at our personal training facility, Østerbro Studio.

Please note: A minimum of 3 participants is required for the bootcamp to take place.
