SENIOR REFORMER

Senior Reformer: Reformer training for those who want to strengthen their entire body with Pilates-based exercises and improve balance to maintain an active lifestyle in a gentle and effective way. The Reformer was originally designed for injury rehabilitation, so there are always alternatives and plenty of options to adapt the training individually, ensuring everyone can keep up.

SENIOR STRENGTH

Senior Strength: Based on circuit training, the entire body is trained through focused and simple strength exercises using bodyweight, weights, and resistance bands. We challenge balance and work on strengthening the abdomen, back, thighs, and glutes while ensuring stability in knees and hips.
