SENIOR REFORMER

Reformer training designed to strengthen the entire body through Pilates-based exercises while improving balance and stability, supporting an active lifestyle in a gentle yet effective way.

Originally developed for injury rehabilitation, the Reformer offers multiple options and modifications, allowing the training to be individually adapted so everyone can participate at their own level.

SENIOR STRENGTH

A circuit-style strength class designed to train the entire body in a safe and effective way. Exercises use bodyweight, weights, and resistance bands.

The class improves balance and builds strength in the core, back, thighs, and glutes, supporting stable and strong knees and hips for everyday movement.
