Cal-Mag Citrate + Vitamin D

Cal-Mag Citrate is a combination of calcium, magnesium, and vitamins D and K2, developed to support the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Part of the calcium and magnesium is bound to natural citric acid, forming an organic complex.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium in the body, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Muscle Function - Calcium, magnesium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function.

Cal-Mag Citrate includes an herbal blend (61 mg) consisting of clove, alfalfa, dandelion and parsley.

Directions for Use

Adults: 3 capsules daily.
Take with plenty of liquid, preferably with a meal.
Magnesium supplementation may cause mild digestive discomfort (loose stools) in some individuals. If this occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dosage.

Ingredients

Calcium, magnesium, rice flour.
Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based).
Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids.
Clove buds (Syzygium aromaticum), vitamin K2, vitamin D, alfalfa herb (Medicago sativa), dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), parsley herb (Petroselinum crispum).
Antioxidants: alpha-tocopherol, tocopherol-rich extract.
