What is creatin - Creatine is a naturally occurring compound found in muscle tissue and produced by the body from amino acids. It plays a central role in rapid energy regeneration during short, intense efforts such as sprints, lifts, intervals.

How to use
Mix 1 serving (3 g) into +200 ml of water, a shake, or your GoodDay™ electrolyte drink. Take daily. Consistency matters more than timing.
