Organic, extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality. Rimini is made from a carefully selected blend of the Correggiolo and Frantoio olives. The oil is smooth and has a peppery taste. Use it on salads, drizzle over a piece of meat or fish, or mix it with a few drops of this Aceto Balsamico Nero and enjoy with freshly baked bread. The Rimini oil is also lovely as it is.
