Organic, extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, made from the Correggiolo type of olive, which grows on the hills outside Rimini in the lush area of Emilia-Romagna. The olives are harvested at the end of the season and the result is Gridelli´s mildest olive oil – excellent for cooking and for drizzling over a salad.
