Hair Nutrients – a blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbs
A combination of vitamins, minerals, amino acids (L-cysteine and L-methionine), and herbs in one capsule.
Contains, among other nutrients, biotin and the minerals selenium, zinc and copper, which together help support healthy, beautiful hair.

Normal Hair - Biotin, selenium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal hair.
Pigmentation - Copper contributes to normal hair pigmentation.
Amino Acids - Hair Nutrients contains the amino acids L-cysteine and L-methionine.
Amino acids are often referred to as the building blocks of the body, as they form the foundation of all proteins. There are around 20 different amino acids which together form the various proteins in the body. The 12 amino acids that the body can produce itself are known as non-essential amino acids. The remaining 8, which must be obtained through the diet, are known as essential amino acids.
L-cysteine is a non-essential amino acid, while L-methionine is one of the essential amino acids.
Hair Nutrients includes an herbal blend (50 mg) consisting of horsetail, nettle leaves, parsley, broccoli (aerial parts) and alfalfa.
Directions for Use
From 11 years and above: 1 capsule daily, taken with a meal.
Ingredients
L-cysteine.
Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based).
L-ascorbic acid, L-methionine, calcium D-pantothenate, choline bitartrate, inositol.
Nettle leaf (Urtica dioica L.), horsetail herb (Equisetum arvense L.).
Flavour: natural peppermint flavour.
Cellulose.
Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids from sustainable palm oil.
Zinc citrate, riboflavin, ferrous fumarate, nicotinamide, thiamin.
Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide (mineral).
Copper citrate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, manganese citrate.
Bulking agent: brown rice concentrate.
D-biotin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid / calcium L-methylfolate.
Parsley herb (Petroselinum crispum Mill.), broccoli (Brassica oleracea L.), alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.), L-selenomethionine.
