Ginger is a well-known ancient plant from the Far East, belonging to the same family as turmeric.
The contents of the ginger capsule can be opened and added to smoothies, tea or a hot toddy.
Ginger contributes to the body’s natural defences as well as to normal digestion.
Directions for Use
1 capsule daily, taken with a meal
(up to 3 capsules daily may be taken, equivalent to 1,650 mg).
Ingredients
Ginger root (Zingiber officinale).
Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based).
Mandatory Information
