"Invigorating" Aromatherapy Oil

How to use 

Aromatherapy oils must never be applied to the skin undiluted or taken internally in their pure form. They may, however, be inhaled undiluted, for example directly from the bottle.

To achieve the desired effect, Invigorating Aromatherapy Oil should be inhaled. Use it in an oil burner, inhale the aroma directly from the bottle, or apply a few drops to a cotton pad and place it near your workspace or another suitable location. Inhale the fragrance whenever needed.
