Each capsule contains 12 selected strains of lactic acid bacteria; 2 capsules provide over 20 billion live bacteria at the time of manufacture. Dairy-free and freeze-dried, the delayed-release capsules help ensure optimal survival of the bacteria after ingestion.
The probiotic blend includes L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, S. thermophilus, B. bifidum, B. lactis, L. casei, L. salivarius, B. infantis, B. longum, L. brevis, L. bulgaricus and L. acidophilus to support digestive health and a balanced gut microbiome.
