Multidophilus 12 contains 12 carefully selected strains of lactic acid bacteria. Two capsules provide a total of 20 billion live bacteria.
Take between meals or before bedtime – and at least 3 hours after taking antibiotics.
Dairy-free and freeze-dried.

Lactic acid bacteria blend (12 strains: L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, S. thermophilus, B. bifidum, B. lactis, L. casei, L. salivarius, B. infantis, B. longum, L. brevis, L. bulgaricus and L. acidophilus).
Bulking agent: inulin.
Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based).
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (plant fibre).
Bulking agent: brown rice concentrate.
Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
