Multidophilus 24 contains 24 selected strains of viable lactic acid bacteria, providing a total of 30 billion live bacteria per 2 capsules*. Dairy-free and freeze-dried, the capsules are delayed release to ensure optimal survival of the bacteria after ingestion.
Each capsule contains a diverse probiotic blend including L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, B. bifidum, L. acidophilus and 20 other strains to support digestive health and maintain a healthy gut microbiome.

- Dosage: 2 capsules daily, taken between meals or at bedtime, and at least 3 hours after antibiotics.
- Storage: Keep refrigerated; can be stored at room temperature for short periods during travel.
