Each capsule contains more than 3 billion viable bacteria at the time of manufacture.
Take 1–3 capsules daily. Take between meals or before bedtime – and at least 3 hours after taking antibiotics.
Dairy-free and freeze-dried.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: maltodextrin.
Lactic acid bacteria blend (3 strains: B. bifidum (VPro 51), L. bulgaricus (VPro 12), L. acidophilus (VK3)).
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose (plant fibre).
Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based).
Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide (mineral), fatty acids (plant-based).
