8 Week Menopause Bootcamp

Do you sleep poorly, have joint pain, hot flashes, weight gain despite exercise, headaches and dry mucous membranes? Then it could be a sign of menopause. In collaboration with hormone expert Sally Walker, we challenge the hormonal upheaval that occurs in the body when it goes through menopause. We guide you through knowledge, training and diet that teach you how to transform your menopause from discomfort to pleasure.

You will get:

2 hours weekly joint team training for 8 weeks.

10 clips for extra training on other teams.

Strength tests, measurement of blood sugar and blood pressure.

Online lecture by hormone expert Sally Walker

2 personal online consultations based on a questionnaire about your symptoms of menopause.

Community with other women in the same period of their lives

Location: PWR.8 Studio Frederiksberg

Time: Kick-off meeting 22/10-23 at 10-13. After that training on Mondays at 19.00-20.00 and Wednesdays at 7.00-8.00.
