Soma Move combines elements from gymnastics, martial arts, ballet and yoga, and you can train as an instructor in a weekend.

How to join: In principle, everyone can participate, but it is a prerequisite that you have participated in a Soma Move team yourself.

Prices:

It costs DKK 2,500. The lessons take place in PWR.8 Studio in Østerbro.

The fine print:

If you subsequently want to teach the concept, it requires a monthly license (see more at www.somamove.com ), but if you subsequently become part of the team at PWR.8, it is not necessary.
