Bornholm is a fantastic island, with the most beautiful and varied nature. PWR.8 Bornholmer Retreat, is 4 days on the beautiful granite island with varied training in nature in and around the North Bornholm town of Allinge. We live in the beautiful newly renovated and furnished Villa Sonja.

After only a very short transport time from Copenhagen, you land on the beautiful granite island in the middle of the Baltic Sea, where you can actively take a break from the pulse of the big city and the many impressions you and your brain have to process daily.

We have put together a varied program with both walks, intense and calm training sessions, both indoors and outdoors. We will challenge you to let your mind wander, breathe and take a break from your daily life. Let the beautiful island occupy your body and your mind and let nature and the fresh sea air fill your body with energy, joy and surplus.

PWR.8 Bornholmer Retreat is exclusive for only 14 guests and we live at beautiful Villa Sonja in the middle of Alllinge. There is room for only 14 people in a shared double room (note! With shared bathrooms).

During the retreat, you will both eat at local restaurants, as well as at Villa Sonja, where we will have food delivered from, among other things. Groland, Lucis et al. which involves using the Island's local resources. In Villa Sonja, we live without staff, so your instructors will be responsible for preparing the meals, with the starting point being that the community makes things go smoothly.

Price ( pounds. NOK 6,500 incl. all meals. Water, juice, coffee and tea are served with the meals, if you want other drinks or menus on restaurant visits, it will be billed separately. The retreat is basically alcohol-free, but life is about balance, so on Saturday evening it is possible to have a little wine with the meal.

A deposit of DKK 2,500 is paid when booking, the remaining amount is settled 4 weeks before departure (the deposit is not refunded if the trip is canceled and the trip is not covered by the Travel Guarantee Fund).
