PWR.8 Reform Education

In the PWR.8 philosophy behind training on the Reformer, we start from the principles of Joseph Pilates. For this, we implement approx. 20-30% fitness inspired exercises in class. So that everyone gets an energetic and effective workout every time. The aim of the teaching is to challenge all the participants to get the best out of the training by learning and understanding the pilates principles and thereby developing an even greater understanding of the body, as well as progressively getting more and more out of the training in the form of increased strength and general better well-being.

You will get:

55 hours of training course spread over 5 weekends

Exercise manual

Basic exercise review, incl. use of tools, teaching techniques and pedagogy

Training and programming

Anatomy and physiology

Body awareness and damage theory

Hands on and modification of exercises

Musical understanding and performance

The education ends with an exam and diploma

In addition, you get 20 clips for training (value DKK 2,300)

How to bring:

In principle, everyone can participate, but it is an advantage that you have good training experience with the reformer and or Pilates, a good understanding of anatomy and preferably other training experience.

Time & Place: The training takes place in both of our studios. We hold courses in spring and autumn.
