Are you a woman in your 40s and 50s and starting to get hot flashes? Is your body sending signals that you are not used to? Are the pounds suddenly coming off much faster than before? Does your mood fluctuate and do you struggle with a lack of energy? Then the menopause has probably started to occur for you.

But there is something you can do. It requires some changes in your life, but there is something to be done. In collaboration with hormone expert Sally Walker, we now challenge the hormonal upheaval that occurs in your body when menopause in your 40s and 50s sets in motion completely new states in your body.

Over the course of 8 weeks, you will be guided through knowledge, exercise and diet that will teach you how to transform your menopause from discomfort to pleasure.

Symptoms of Menopause:
• Poor sleep, periods of wakefulness
• Lack of and fluctuating energy
• Bad mood, depressive periods
• Anxiety, restlessness and worry
• Exhaustion from everyday tasks
• Headaches or migraines
• Weight gain despite exercise
• A digestion that goes into "reverse gear"
• Less robust/more susceptible to stress
• Pain in joints, multiple injuries
• Decreased memory and concentration
• Swaddling brain
• Dry mucous membranes
• Maybe hot flashes and sweats

Work out:

A large part of the course is naturally about training. We train together for 2 hours a week for 8 weeks, and in addition you get 10 clips to book extra training on your own in our studio. The training in PWR.8 Studio in either Frederiksberg or Østerbro is based on our BURN&BUILD and PowerBurn concepts, which are designed to challenge your fitness and strength.

*In addition, we will challenge you to power walk for 60 minutes or run for 30 minutes several times a week.
