SOMA MOVE® is a form of training that combines elements from Bodyflow, Pilates, Yoga and Calisthenics. The concept was developed by movement specialists who deal with the many possibilities of connective tissue. The class is made up of exercises performed in flow series that challenge your motor skills, balance and strength. SOMA MOVE ® gives you the experience of stepping into an intense focus, where the body just "does" and the sweat trickles forth. After the class, you have a feeling of increased mobility, warmth and a stronger body.
You can either train at normal room temperature or take part in classes where we have turned the temperature up to 30 degrees in the room. Find your youth class on the team schedule .
