Until now, group classes and personal training in the fitness industry have been exempt from VAT. As a result, your membership has not been subject to full VAT. From 1 January 2026, EU regulations will change. This means that group classes can no longer be VAT-exempt for individuals aged 30 and above. Consequently, training for people over the age of 30 will be subject to VAT going forward.

From 1 January 2026, VAT will be added to all memberships, punch cards, personal training, and bootcamps for members aged 30 and above.

The government is currently working on introducing a fitness tax deduction of DKK 1,750 in 2026. We are closely monitoring developments and are in dialogue with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the deduction becomes as beneficial as possible for our members. We will keep you informed as soon as there is new information on how you can make use of this scheme.

To purchase training without VAT, it is important that you enter your date of birth on your existing or newly created member profile.

When you turn 30, your training will become subject to VAT. Your price will therefore be adjusted automatically from the first day of the month following your 30th birthday. You do not need to take any action yourself.

We will send you an email well in advance before the change takes effect. The email will be sent to the address you have registered with us, in accordance with our membership terms and conditions.

You can change your membership by sending an email to info@pwr8studio.com. Any changes will take effect from the next billing date, on the 1st of the month.

It is possible to pause your membership for up to 2 months at a time. A fee of DKK 50 will be charged each time you pause your membership.

To pause your membership, you must do so through your profile – either in the app or on our website.

Your membership can be paused up until the day before the desired start date of the pause period. You can pause your membership a maximum of three times per year.

With a membership (unlimited/8x/4x), you can make 2 bookings per day.

Yes, you can bring a friend if you have a clip card (Klippekort).

Please note: You cannot sign up a friend if the class has a waiting list.

Note: If you have a membership (Unlimited/8x/4x), you cannot sign up a friend. In this case, you will need to purchase an extra clip on your profile.

Yes, you can purchase both the “New Member – 1 Class” and the “New Member – 5 Classes” passes.

Our passes (klippekort) are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase, except for the “New Member – 1 Class”, which is valid for 90 days from the purchase date.

All private training clips are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

The billing period for memberships runs from the 1st of each month to the 1st of the following month.

Note: If you create a membership after the 1st of the month, you will pay a reduced price for the remainder of the month. The number of sessions will automatically be adjusted to the remaining period, meaning you will receive fewer sessions than with a full membership. From the following month, you will pay the full price and receive the full number of sessions.

You are free to cancel a class up to 8 hours before the start of the class.

You are free to cancel a class up to 48 hours before the start of the event.

A fee of 100 DKK is charged if you are registered for a class and do not show up.

Note: We reduce the fee to 50 DKK if you cancel your class after the 12-hour cancellation deadline. As many of our classes have waiting lists, we encourage you to cancel your spot - even after the deadline - so that other members have the opportunity to train instead.

Please note: Fees apply only to Unlimited members.

You lose a clip if you cancel you spot on a class after the 8-hour cancellation deadline- i.e. you will not get the clip you used when registering to the class back.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund cuts or fees due to illness or other events that would prevent you from participating in an hour after the 8-hour cancellation deadline.

For both Reformer Pilates and Pilates Elevate, all members are required to wear socks for hygiene reasons.

The most optimal choice is non-slip socks, which can be purchased in both of our studios.

You must bring indoor training/running shoes to Burn&Build.

Yes, please bring a towel to all our warm classes.

The cancellation deadline for private training is 24 hours before the session begins.

All private training passes are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

We have a lost property box in both our studios. Ask our front staff or instructors the next time you come to the studio in question.

We are aware that many of our classes often have waiting lists. However, places frequently become available once the waiting list is cleared. The waiting list is cleared 8 hours before the class begins.

I’ve signed up for the Mom/Dad & Baby Bootcamp, but there are some days when I’m unable to attend. Would it be possible to join one of the other Mom/Dad & Baby classes on those days?

No, we do not offer a student/pensioner discount.

Yes, it will appear on the team schedule if the entire class is conducted in English.

Yes, you can. If you let the instructor know that you do not understand Danish, he or she will translate the most important cues into English throughout the class. However, the session will primarily be taught in Danish.
