In collaboration with hormone expert and health advisor Betina Nygaard Bæk, we’ll help you navigate the hormonal changes that occur when menopause begins to affect your body and mind in new and unfamiliar ways.

8 week bootcamp
Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll be guided through knowledge, exercise, and nutrition — learning how to turn menopause from discomfort into well-being.

Welcome Session:
Introduction to the program by instructors Rikke Holm and Arlette Bentzen, along with a talk by hormone expert Betina Nygaard Bæk.
ASSESSMENTS:
- Hormone questionnaire
- Waist measurements
- Blood sugar and blood pressure checks
PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP:
In addition to general group updates, Betina will share weekly short videos with practical health tips — covering both nutrition and recommended supplements to support your body through menopause.
PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS:
Two one-on-one online sessions with Betina during the course.
TRAINING:
Physical training is a key component of this program.
We’ll train together for 2 hours per week over 8 weeks. You’ll also receive 10 class passes to book additional sessions at your convenience in our studio.
Training takes place at the PWR.8 Studio in Frederiksberg and follows our BURN & BUILD and Power Burn concepts — designed to challenge both your strength and cardio.
