Ark Journal Volume 10 er en hyldest til design- og arkitekturverdenerne – fortid, nutid og fremtid – som har defineret og inspireret deres rejse gennem de seneste fem år. I dette nummer dykker de dybere ned i krydsfeltet mellem menneskelivet og arkitektur og design, og afslører den dybtgående indvirkning, de kan have på vores liv derhjemme og i offentlige rum.
Denne gang besøger de designer Phillip Lims strandhus på Long Island; et historisk hus i Düsseldorf, ombygget til kunstneren Su Xiaobai; et brutalistisk hjem i Brügge; Henri Timis værksted i Marche, for at nævne nogle få. De taler med Formafantasma og Tadao Ando, og inviterer samtidig Colin King til at style og kuratere den håndværkskultur-centrerede kollektion fra den amerikanske designer Jack Lenor Larsen.
