- Blood sugar regulation: Chrom contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels and normal macronutrient metabolism. Cinnamon bark and fenugreek seeds contribute to normal blood sugar levels as part of a healthy lifestyle. Fenugreek seeds also help support balanced fat metabolism when combined with a balanced diet.
- Energy metabolism and fatigue: Biotin, manganese, magnesium, and niacin (vitamin B3) contribute to normal energy metabolism. Magnesium and niacin also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
