Iron + C

Iron + C contains two iron sources, ferro-citrate and ferro-gluconate. Ferro-citrate is an organic form of iron, gentle on the stomach. The formula also includes vitamin C, B6, B12, folate, zinc-citrate, manganese-citrate, copper (cupric citrate), and a herbal blend of chlorella, nettle leaf, rosehip, broccoli powder, parsley leaf, and carrot.

• Supports energy and reduces fatigue
  Iron, vitamin B6, and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
• Red blood cell formation and oxygen transport
  Iron and vitamin B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation. Iron supports haemoglobin formation, normal oxygen transport, and cognitive function.
• Immune system support
  Iron, vitamins B6 and C, and folate contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
