Når du tænder dit lys, skal du sætte din intention. Del din drøm med dit hjerte, sjæl og sten.
Føl stenens energi og lad dette være din tid til at forbinde dig med stenen. Find dit yndlingssted, scan QR-koden på bagsiden af kortet for en guidet krystalmeditation, og skab dit eget øjeblik.
For optimal brændetid bør du altid lade dit lys brænde i 2-3 timer, før du blæser det ud. Dette sikrer en jævn forbrænding, undgår "tunneldannelse" og giver den bedste spredning af duften i rummet. Husk at trimme vægen til 0,5 cm før hver brug, og lad aldrig lyset være uden opsyn.
Tips: Du kan enten lade stenene være i lyset eller tage dem ud. Hvis du lader krystallerne være i lyset, kan stenene glide, når voksen begynder at smelte. Flyt forsigtigt stenene, så de ikke slukker flammen.

Hairdresser Gun-Britt started training at PWR.8 Studio and has since invested in the company. Gun-Britt is 74 years old and works every day in her hair salon with her dedicated team. Gun-Britt stays active daily, and you will often meet her in workout clothes in our studios, with sweat on her forehead.
