Magnesium Citrate

The source of magnesium in Solaray Magnesium is magnesium citrate.

Citrate is derived from citric acid and naturally occurs in plants, animals and humans. Magnesium is involved in more than 300 enzymatic processes.

Magnesium contributes to:

Directions for Use

Adults aged 18 years and above: 2 capsules daily, taken with a meal.
Magnesium supplementation may cause mild digestive discomfort (loose stools) in some individuals. If this occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dosage.

Ingredients

Magnesium citrate.
Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based).
Bulking agent: cellulose.
Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetarian).
Alfalfa herb (Medicago sativa L.), dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale), parsley herb (Petroselinum crispum), broccoli (leaf/stem/flower) (Brassica oleracea L.).
