Malate - Magnesium malate is bound to malic acid. Malate is the ionic form of malic acid, an organic compound naturally found in a wide range of fruits and vegetables. Malic acid was first isolated from apple juice—hence its name.

Energy Metabolism - Magnesium contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Reduction of Tiredness and Fatigue - Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Muscle Function - Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, as well as to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Magnesium Malate provides a daily dose of 400 mg of magnesium in 2 tablets.

Directions for Use

Adults aged 18 years and above: 2 tablets daily, taken with a meal.
Magnesium supplementation may cause mild digestive discomfort (loose stools) in some individuals. If this occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dosage.

Ingredients

Magnesium malate.
Bulking agents: cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose.
Stabiliser: hydroxypropylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
Coating agent: fatty acids.
Anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

Mandatory Information
