Frederik gengiver opskrifter på luftige, finansmandsagtige pandekager, årstidens supper og salater og desserter med matcha-smag med samme fortrolighed, som formede hans første, bedst sælgende bog med Apartamento, All the Stuff We Cooked.
En introduktion og poetiske mellemspil skrevet af Frederik giver et indblik i A.S's tidlige dage og kulinariske inspirationer, baggrundshistorien for det, der skulle blive en af de mest berømte restauranter i København.
