OmniOmega® Veg O-3 – Plant-Based Omega-3 from Algae

Supports heart, brain, and vision health. Plant-based omega-3 fatty acids derived from algae. The algae oil in OmniOmega® Veg O-3 is a direct source of the long-chain omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA also helps maintain normal brain function and normal vision. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA + DHA for heart health and 250 mg DHA for brain and eye function.
