Kakaobønnen, der anvendes til denne chokolade, stammer fra området omkring Udzungwa Nationalpark i det bjergrige Tanzania.
Smagsmæssigt har chokoladen noter af appelsin og karamel, der komplimenteres fremragende med de knasende kakaonibs.

Skovrydning presser bjergelefanten i Tanzania tættere på landsbyer og farmernes afgrøder, hvorfor elefanten opfattes som et skadedyr og håndteres derefter. Antallet af vilde elefanter i Udzungwa området er faldet med mere end 50 % siden 2009.
Salg af denne specifikke chokolade støtter lokale kakaofarmere, og derved beskyttelsen af nationalparken samt Bjergelefanten, der lever i området. 40.000 træer samt bi- hegn, der guider elefanterne uden om markerne, er i mellemtiden blevet plantet.
